The Kroslak family story begins with Stefan Kroslak, born in 1922 and later a refugee from the former Yugoslavia. He arrived through Ellis Island in 1961, worked in landscaping in Akron, Ohio with his eight sons, and moved the family to Tampa in 1973.
In 1981, the family purchased the bakery-equipment business that became Kroslak Bakery Equipment. The company grew around hands-on knowledge, used and new equipment, and long relationships with food businesses.
Today, Kroslak Equipment Solutions carries that family-business foundation into commercial refrigeration, cooking, bakery, preparation, fixtures and complete store projects.
