Mobile-data commitment
Kroslak does not sell or share text-messaging originator opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be disclosed only to service providers that help Kroslak operate and deliver its messaging program, subject to appropriate restrictions, or when disclosure is required by law. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be transferred to another business for that business’s independent marketing.
Website form integration
Kroslak website forms submit natively through the Kroslak website. The consent selection is recorded with the customer request and passed to Kroslak's customer-management system for processing.
Consent records and withdrawal
When a customer opts in, Kroslak may retain the telephone number, the exact disclosure presented, the consent selection, the date and time, and the form or other source of consent. A customer may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP. Kroslak will process opt-out requests as required by applicable law and may send one final confirmation message.
