SMS Terms and Conditions
Program name and sender: Kroslak Equipment Solutions, operated by Kroslak Bakery Equipment, Inc., 3904 Builders Cir, Plant City, FL 33563.
Program description: Customers who select the single optional SMS consent may receive messages concerning an inquiry, quote, order, appointment, delivery, installation or service request, as well as recurring promotional messages concerning equipment availability, product updates and special offers.
- You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in or participate in the Kroslak SMS program.
- Message frequency varies according to the customer’s interaction and selected program.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase, form submission, quotation or service.
- Reply STOP to cancel. Kroslak will honor a valid opt-out request and may send one final message confirming the opt-out. Other recognized opt-out language will be handled as required by applicable law.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and is not guaranteed.
- Participation requires a supported mobile number and authorization to use that number. The customer must notify Kroslak if the number is reassigned or no longer controlled by the customer.
- Kroslak may modify or discontinue a messaging program subject to applicable law.
The Privacy Policy governs information collected through the program. SMS opt-in information and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided to vendors acting for Kroslak solely to operate the messaging program or when disclosure is required by law.
Email communications
Marketing emails will identify Kroslak as the sender and provide a working method to unsubscribe. Transactional or relationship emails may continue when needed to respond to an inquiry or administer a quote, order, delivery, installation, service request or other existing business matter.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the website and general website content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement. Nothing here disclaims an express written warranty contained in controlling transaction documents or a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

You may not assign rights under these terms without our consent; Kroslak may assign them in connection with a reorganization or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable law. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date. These terms constitute the entire agreement regarding general website use, but do not replace controlling transaction documents.
Nothing in these terms purports to waive a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
