A complete request reduces avoidable revisions. Where available and applicable, a project quote can identify the exact model, quantity, accessories, unit and extended price, freight, lead time, warranty information and delivery or installation scope.

The standard federal micro-purchase threshold increased to $15,000 on October 1, 2025. A Governmentwide Commercial Purchase Card may be used as both the purchasing and payment mechanism for eligible micro-purchases, subject to agency rules and the cardholder's authority.
Send Kroslak the item, quantity, delivery location and deadline. Card acceptance, order terms, competition requirements and every product-specific compliance point must be confirmed before an order is accepted.

Government and institutional buyers can request a written commercial equipment quote. Send the required model or performance specification, quantity, ship-to location and quote deadline so the request can be reviewed.
What should a government buyer include in a request for quote?+
Include the agency and facility, RFQ or reference number, required brand and model or salient characteristics, quantity, utilities, accessories, delivery address, required date, installation scope and any documents that must accompany the quote.
Can Kroslak quote a specified brand and model or an approved equal?+
Send the exact requirement and state whether substitutions are permitted. Any proposed model, equal determination, specifications, certifications, warranty, availability and price must be confirmed in the final written quote.
Can freight, inside delivery or installation be included?+
Provide the complete ship-to address and site conditions. Freight, delivery and installation options are project-specific and will be listed only when available and confirmed in writing.
Can a buyer request equipment within the federal micro-purchase threshold?+
Yes, buyers may request a quote for equipment at or below the applicable threshold. The standard federal micro-purchase threshold became $15,000 on October 1, 2025, but agency rules, competition requirements, payment method and purchase authority still control each transaction.
Does every product meet Buy American, TAA, energy or sanitation requirements?+
Requirements vary by agency and model. Identify every mandatory clause, certification and standard in the request. Only product-specific manufacturer documentation and the final written quote should be used to confirm compliance.
